Trevor had been aspiring to get active in real estate for many years, but after his first passive real estate investment started turning sour, instead of getting down on himself when life wasn’t going entirely as planned, he decided to take control.

Trevor decided he wanted to learn how to be a property manager through hands-on experience so volunteered to drive down to the property and help get his passive investment back on track.

I don’t want to give his whole story away, but Trevor had to work with some wild tenants and ended up saving the deal from disaster!
