Hey there Chadi Bazzi here, welcome to another episode of Real Estate Success Mastery TV, where we help real estate professionals become top listing agents. Today's message is short, simple, sweet, and it couldn't wait had to do it right here in the car. Basically I literally want you to write down the following, "you become what you expect of yourself." Thats it, what are your expectations of yourself every single day, when you wake up, what are your expectations before you go to sleep for the next day? In terms of listing appointments, buyer sales, lead follow up, conversion, whatever it is. What is your expectation? Because you become what you expect of yourself.
Let me tell you a quick story, this morning, I expected to impact somebody, somewhere, somehow, and do something amazing. So what do I decide to do? I decided to show up at my friends office, Danny Morel, his real estate office with the intention of training his agents making a difference, an impact, being someone of contribution. That is what I expected of myself. Now, they always have agenda for their meetings etc, and it just so happens that I walk in, "Hey, Hi, how are you, whats going on?" and then he says "You're doing the meeting today." I then responded, "alright, I'm on," so that right there is the power of intention.
As the meeting began, he went on to say, "its funny when you go and make a commitment, everything around you starts to revolve around that commitment, and his committment is to always bring the best trainers and speakers to contribute to his agents with positivety, sales skills, etc, and here I am showing up to support his vision to help with his commitment. So message #1, you become what you expect of yourself and number #2 everything tends to revolve around the commitments you make. That was my experience, what is your experience going to be?
Again, you become what you expect of yourself and if you have no expectations, you are putting out there the wrong intentions. You have to have the right intentions in place, so I ask you, what do you expect of yourself?
