Why is that?
Its because I ask them a few questions and show them a very simple process that will have anyone thrive in their business if they choose to use it.
I am going to share that process with you in a two part video series.
In part one I am going to share with you the good news and the bad news about a changing market and in part two I am going to share with you 9 things that you should start doing that will market proof your business.
I will begin with the good news.
1. More listing will expire … this is a huge opportunity for the right agent with the right skills.
2. You will have less competition as a listing agent … the agents that do not how to get listings will go away and work with buyers only.
3. The only sellers who will list in a buyers market are the very good ones, the serious ones … as an agent with a killer skill set, your job is about to get easier.
4. Rates are still low … this is always helpful.
5. The serious buyers you are working with now have more options … this means a quicker sale.
Now lets shift to the bad news.
1. The buyers are going to begin to stall by telling their agent that the market is still going to depreciate and they want to wait or write low ball offers.
2. The sellers are also going to begin to tell their agent that they want to wait till prices go up.
The bottom line:
There is more good news than there is bad news and we can also add more to the good news by saying now we know what challenges lie ahead and the super committed agents will do something about it.
