2021 has by far been one of the hardest real estate markets for new homebuyers.
One of the scariest contingencies to deal with is the appraisal contingency. 
In order to win a home these days it really seems like you have to just throw a number out there and hope the appraisal comes back so that you are not throwing money out of pocket when it comes to closing.
