Enjoyment in God requires entirety with God. God's Faithfulness, God's Favor, Our Failure, and Our Fortune.

Slowly but SURELY, God unfolds His plan to us according to the faithfulness of His promise. God's Word is perfect, God's Record is perfect, God's Plan is perfect, God's People are (slowly) becoming perfect, and God's World will be made perfect.

God is BUILDING the people of God, for the mission of God. "Taking the land" is about fellowship with God, and the mission of God. "It is the Lord's doing" that accomplishes the mission. "Rest from war" doesn't mean rest from mission.

The world always rages against us, God rules the world in power, and our response is to trust in God.

God wants us to REST in Him, and find our JOY in Him.

Operating on our own understanding leads to vulnerability, the biggest deception is not full lies but half-truths, and deception that results in disobedience leads to destruction.
