Human dignity is the recognition that human beings possess a special value to their humanity and as such are worthy of respect, simply because they are human beings. Every human being irrespective of age, religion, education, class, status is to be treated with value and respect. Be kind to others, don't rob anyone of their dignity.

So i woke up at dawn, i sighed its another day, as I dragged my self out of bed and lazying around with events of the past months playing over and over in my head, and was wandering how i got here ! How did I get to the place where I am no longer enthusiastic about my day and life.

Thoughtfulness is the consideration for the needs of other people, today I want to talk to you about being considerate towards yourself. It is important to know that you are important and you need to pay attention to your needs, it is important that you add value to yourself, the quality of your input will tell on the quality of your output, when you put nothing inside you will get nothing on the outside. And the truth is that people value you based on the value you add to them. You can't remain the way you used to be, you have to grow, and it is your sole responsibility to add that value to you. To be relevant in today's world you have to bring something to the table. It is important to spend time to tend to your self, to learn a skill, to increase your knowledge base, to be a problem solver. It's time to be deliberate and intentional towards adding to yourself.

God looked out across eternity. He saw you, he saw everything He had created

Good, better, best never let it rest untill your good is better and your better is best. If you can remember this famous quote from way back. I stumbled into it and it sure brought back memories, that brought back memories. This famous quote was written my St. Jerome who lived between 347and 420AD. What a long time you would say, he was a theologian and a historian who was best known for his translation of most of the Bible into Latin and also his commentaries on the gospel as well. And this quote taught me some things. 1. To never give up, never settle for less than the best. 2. Growth is a process where you have to move from one stage to another. 3. To strive to be the number one in all my endeavors, even though the process of growth can be uncomfortable, but I have learnt to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
