Our Summer in the Psalms Series continues by looking at Book 3 in the Psalms which includes Psalms 73-89, noted to be the Dark Book of the Psalms.
Written by multiple authors who describe dark moments in their life.
Psalm 73 starts by Asaph writting about two Faith crisis he was going through and it sets the tone for other authors to write about dark moments and crisis.
But, there are always lessons to be learned from the darkness.
1. There are answers to be found in His presence, in the darkness.
2. In the midst of the darkess, there is still hope.
3. Even though we sin while we're in the darkness, God is compassionate and will forgive us when we repent.
4. The dark times will test your heart - God isn't into lip service, He wants your whole heart.
5. Don't let the darkness steal your song!
We hope this message will bless you and encourage you today!
