This is a super quick one about my theory about meditation and cold plunges shrinking a cyst in my boob. It’s October which means cooler weather, cold plunges, breast cancer awareness month, and Dr Joe Dispenza on repeat in my meditation. Today I talk all about all of these things, even though they seem like they wouldn’t go together, but in my life they do! Also, I tell you a little story about how we met Michael Phelps this summer, and how he convinced my husband, that cold plunges really are the real deal!
