This is a happy real life quickie about an unexpected check that showed up in my life.  It's all about why I do this work, how good vibes can always come back to suprise you in a wonderful way, and how much fun it is to live in a magical unexpected way.  I love helping people feel good and find their dream homes, and sometimes magical things happen that you cannot believe.  Plus I get lost on the way to pick up Charlie at a  chess tournament on a rainy Saturday morning (we didn't even know he was secretly in Chess club!) and a mini retreat that popped up out of nowhere!
