In this episode we answer your questions on love and confidence:
1. When does a relationship become exclusive?
2. What is the best advice for singles to meet someone especially after the age of 25?
3. How do you write a good dating profile because I seem to attract the wrong men?
4. How do you build trust in your relationships?
What is confidence? How would you define it?
1. After being in a toxic relationship, how do I gain my self-confidence back which was ruined in my last relationship?
2. Sometimes I can come across very confident and some men do not like that. I don’t want to dumb myself down to be attractive to men!
3. Does age matter when it comes to self-confidence? I am 31 and most of the time I don’t feel confident.

This is a light-hearted podcast and all the opinions are our own. We aren’t professionals so keep in mind when we give advice it is only our thoughts. We are two Londoners giving unprofessional advice. Please also be aware that we discuss triggering topics which some listeners may find hard to listen to but we feel it is important to keep it real and talk about topics that are hard. Raising awareness and educating ourselves is key to understanding.
