Carol Ball is ordained with Elim Fellowship of Lima, New York and served as co-senior pastor of Lighthouse Community Fellowship in South Butler, NY along with her husband, Chris for 27 years. She has spoken and ministered prophetically in conferences both nationally and internationally. She has been recognized by many as a great leader of both men and women and a powerful teacher of the Word. Carol flows in prophetic ministry and brings a relevant message of purpose and destiny to God’s people. She has a burden to see them, particularly women, come into a deeper devotion to Christ and to fulfill their God-ordained purposes and callings as they walk in the fullness of His Kingdom. 

Carol has previously served as a Syracuse Area Women’s Representative, a Women’s Representative for the Central New York Region, and a member of the Women’s Department lead team from 1998 to 2013. In February 2013 she accepted the position of Elim Fellowship’s Director of Women’s Ministries. In 2019 she began serving as assistant US ministries director for Elim Fellowship.
