From Maryland to Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Alabama, and back to South Florida—Angie Blevins knows what it means to adapt. After attending over 20 schools growing up, Angie’s resilience was tested in high school when she became homeless. Dropped off at the airport by her mother and rejected by her father for being gay, she found a lifeline with her oldest sister in Southern Indiana.

After graduating from Jeffersonville High School in 2010 (rocking short hair in support of her niece battling brain cancer), Angie followed her sister’s path and joined the United States Marine Corps straight out of school. As a former ROTC student, she was more than ready. She served 4 years as an armorer.

Now back in Southern Indiana, Angie’s not slowing down. She’s your go-to handywoman—the one who’ll do the jobs your husband won’t. From power tools to problem-solving, she’s rewriting the script on what it means to be tough, talented, and totally unstoppable.
