Most men don’t think of themselves as addicts. That word feels too strong, too shameful, too “other” and not Me! Addicts are those other guys…the ones who lose everything, who hit rock bottom, who can’t function. You, on the other hand...hold down a job, show up at church, and pay yourbills. You tell yourself, “I’m fine. I can stop whenever I want.”

We'll dive into this "secret" issue that affects so many men, who experience the biggest lie of the enemy that says, "It's Not That Bad!" If the enemy can convince you that your sin is manageable, private, and even small...he can keep it growing in the dark. It's time to bring this into the light, and allow Real healing to begin. Moving past the shame, men can once again experience Real freedom in this area, while encouraging other Real Men, and point them to a Real God!

Every man carries a story that he doesn't like to talk about. It might have been a harsh word that never left the recording in your mind, a betrayal that still stings, a childhood marked by chaos, or even a failure that quietly defines how you see yourself. You move on, and years later, build a life, goto work, goto church...but some part of you still flinches when certain topics or tones show up. We learn to "hide" our hurts because we think that's what real strength is right? We bury them under business, jokes, anger, or spiritual language. But what we bury alive, doesn't die; it grows. Real strength isn't pretending you're not wounded. Real strength is "inviting God" inside of your wounds so he can do what only He can do!

Do you KNOW your spouse's needs when it comes to the way she likes to be Loved, or how she receives love? And if you're thinking..."well I know how I like to give and receive love so, wouldn't that be good enough for her?" Honestly, our Love Languages can be different and we don't even know it sometimes, because we think, "this is how I like to receive, so she's gotta like it...right?" Well, we're gonna see that we both can be different and that's ok, but today is all about learning how 2 Love Her the way "She Receives Love". This is gonna be fun...I'll see you inside.
