My response to those who aren't to happy with my previous podcast calling out what I like to refer to as "Local Established Political Corruption". There is no other way to say it, but what it truly is.

In the upcoming county commissioner race in Marion County, my vote is going to county commissioner Kathy Bryant once again for District 2. This will be Kathy's fourth term as county commissioner and frankly, I'm voting for her because I truly believe she has more to offer the residents of Marion County.

I'm also voting for Rachel Sams, who is running against Carl Zalak, who is running again and going for his fourth term as county commissioner District 4.

Nothing against Carl Zalak, however I feel like we need someone new representing District 4.

I urge everyone who is a registered voter to PLEASE research these candidates and also represent the circle behind these candidates: Mainly, the people who are in their ear, the people guiding them, advising them, their political consultant/strategist. Email:[email protected]

I find it hilarious that there is a "wanna be" hierarchy in place locally that believes that only they can tell you how local elections should be conducted and planned.

Some also act as if they know something you don't know or try to tell everyone that they have super inclusive inside information that only they know about. It's just a trick they use to try to stay relevant. 🤣

That's where I come in... and a group of others that shall remain nameless. We are here to expose these people and we did it in the city council election, and the county commissioner race a few years back, and will continue to do so.

I have a reach of thousands of people between my more than 25 local groups, including 2 political groups that I'm currently the administrator of with a combined reach of about 100,000. Add my podcast... and my reach is well over 150,000.

The best part is that when you hear these fools talk they alway have a list of rules, or things they want to hear from potential political candidates about where they stand on the issues, but... the political candidates they support or endorse are excluded from said rules. 🤣

( Example: Nobody cares that you worked with your "Daddy" on the Marion Theater in 2012 on his "pet project".)

Though that's really honorable about your "Daddy"... he isn't running. YOU are.

This is 2022. We want to hear what YOU have done on your own and what YOU stand for all alone.

Unfortunately, you'll never see these "so called" political consultants/strategists, media pundits, and pathetic cheerleaders, ask their candidates the tough questions.

Nope...

They'll save the "gotcha" questions for their opposing candidate/candidates then... when they can't show up to be interviewed or a debate ridicule and mock them claiming they are unfit to run.

And, let's not forget the dirty tactics they use like saying their candidate of choice political signs are "disappearing" or have "been moved" and the funniest part is when they claim they have it all on video tape and "it's coming soon"... but they can never show that evidence. 🤣

You see... those shady tactics might have worked in this area 20-25 years ago but not anymore.

1.) To potential political candidates: Don't take advice from political consultant/consultants/strategist or whatever they want to call themselves where their candidate/ candidates of choice continue to lose election after election. ( Message me and i'll tell you who these people are )

That should be an immediate red flag 🚩 that they don't know what they are doing and to just walk away because guess what? 🤔

More than likely you simply associating with them is enough for you to lose. 🤷‍♂️

2.) Don't let ANY political consultant/strategist try to tell you that good old fashioned going door-to-door, putting in the effort, meeting your constituents doesn't work. It DOES! You may meet a voter that's on the fence about you and hasn't made up their mind... and just you running into them that day might be the day they decide to vote for you come election time. 🤷‍♂️

3.) Step outside the box and put yourself out there... in essence, have a platform in place and when people ask you questions be well prepared. Be a people person.

President Joe Biden messed up again on Tuesday night during his State of the Union speech, referring to Ukrainians as Iranians while discussing the ongoing turmoil in Europe as Russia continues its invasion into Ukraine. "Putin may circle Kyiv with tanks, but he'll never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people," Biden said.

The President also missed out on some opportunities where instead of just saying "He stands with the Ukraine people ", instead he should have offered real solutions and should have gave Russia President Vladimir Putin some Ultimatums.

I firmly believe we wouldn't even have this issue happening with the Russia invading of Ukraine under Former President Donald Trump.

I also discuss what the "State Of The Union" actually means. In essense, A State Of The Union speech should be a list of your accomplishments and real results you have done since taking Office.

It shouldn't be falsehoods and lies and talking points about the previous administration.

Former President Donald J. Trump again signals another presidential bid in CPAC speech. "We did it twice. And we'll do it again" he said to a thunderous applause.

The Former President also went after President Joe Biden's handling of the Russia/Ukraine crisis and called out cancel culture saying "wokeism" is destroying America.

I break down the Russia and Ukraine conflict and explain it... What are sanctions? It's a question I get alot it seems.

Basically, they’re an economic alternative to using military force to try to compel a country to do, or not do something. It's an alternative to not outright using military force and is a long list of economic punishments that the United States, especially working with other countries, can put together.

President Biden has put sanctions on several Russian banks, a handful of Kremlin-connected elites and their families.

He has also worked with Germany to temporarily stop a lucrative oil pipeline from Russia to Germany and blocked certain technology exports to Russia, which he said he hopes will stop it's military advancement.

Another question i hear is how will this affect the U.S. economy?

Russia’s attack on Ukraine is already having economic consequences in the United States and across the world. All major U.S. markets are down and will continue to do so.

Russia is a major exporter of natural gas and oil, so the conflict has also sent gas prices soaring.

After the Soviet Union's collapse in 1991, relations have undergone periods of tensions, and outright hostility. In the early 1990s, Ukraine's policy was dominated by aspirations to ensure its sovereignty and independence, followed by a foreign policy that balanced cooperation with the EU, Russia, and other powerful polities.

President Joe Biden announced sanctions that will hit the Russian economy after Putin started an invasion of Ukraine.

Russia's parliament gave Putin permission to use military force outside the country.

German chancellor says the government will "reassess" certification of Nord Stream 2.

President Joe Biden Tuesday said Russia's actions in Ukraine will trigger massive sanctions, a response he has been threatening for weeks as President Vladimir Putin built up troops on Ukraine's borders. In a speech from the White House, Biden said the Russian leader has committed "a flagrant violation of international law."

I say we are making a HUGE mistake and we shouldn't even be concerned with Ukraine right now as the United States is facing the highest inflation we've seen in 40 years and we still have issues with are supply chain that remain unresolved.

The more power we give to government to make decisions on our behalf, the more often we will suffer the negative consequences of those decisions. Nobody is more suited to make decisions on how I live my life, than me. If I make wise decisions, I will enjoy the prosperity from that. If I make poor decisions, I will have to suffer the consequences of those decisions. This is true for all of us. We are not all the same, we are very much different. Let us be. As long as my actions don't infringe on the rights of others, let them be. 

The more responsibilities we give the police, the less likely they will be to effectively and responsibly handle those responsibilities. And the more power they will have to assume, to carryout those responsibilities. "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely". It is my belief that law enforcement should exist to protect us from each other. And that's it. They should be dispatched if a person has committed a crime against another person/people. 

Police should not be used to enforce laws that prohibit victimless crimes. 

In giving cops the authority to enforce all of the arbitrary dictates of the politicians who write the law, we have given them a power they cannot control. 

By criminalising the use and possession of drugs, we have put a large majority of our population at odds with the men and women who are sworn to protect us, and serve us. I don't think many people truly understand the effect the drug war has had on our society. It is a fact that the war on drugs was at least in large part created to demonize people of color, and give government the power to crack down on otherwise peaceful people. I'm not making that up. 

In the beginning, it was made very clear that these laws would be used to stifle dissent among Blacks and Hispanics who at that time were in a very fierce battle for basic human rights. It is well known that it was also a tool to disrupt the dissent brought about by the horrendous and illegal war in Vietnam. The drug war gave government the authority to put pressure on the groups who opposed them at the time. It's very well documented. By doing so, the government effectively made a large part of the US population criminals.

The divide that the war on drugs created between civilians and cops is immeasurable. There is also no question that drug laws have always disproportionately affected Blacks, Latinos, and the poor. In fact, back in the day, before everyone had a camera phone, it was much worse. Wealthy white people may believe that if they do nothing wrong, the cops will never have reason to abuse them, but this has never been true for inner city blacks. They have had ample reason to fear and distrust the police for their entire lives. Police were given too much power, and many of them abused it like many humans will do. People were more racist in general back then and justice was almost NEVER served on behalf of the countless victims of these crimes. 

There is a very real history of minorities being disproportionately mistreated and abused by police, but Police brutality is a terrible thing to happen to anybody of any race, and we should all fight together to minimize it. Police committing sexual abuse also disproportionately affects women. But police brutality and abuse are JUST as wrong and equally deserving of punishment no matter the race, gender, or sexual orientation of the victim. We are against this shit together. 

Street gangs and drug cartels are another perhaps unintended consequence of the war on drugs. 

These organizations pose a very real threat to the police who have been ordered to enforce these drug laws. Without the war on drugs, street gangs would diminish and cops would be much safer to carry out their duties. We should support our police 100% in their mission to punish criminals. Ocala school board member Don Browning has been under fire lately, because he supposedly hired a driver to take him to Tallahassee and has hired an assistant.

Well, I say Mr. Browning can do what he wants. These people who are being petty about it and pointing at Mr. Browning ridiculing him wouldn't be saying a word... had Governor Ron DeSantis chose Mr. Hanson for that school board position over Mr. Browning.

The only reason they are speaking out is because of that fact.

Also in late June of 2021, Ocala City Manager Sandra Wilson terminated Ocala Fire Chief Shane Alexander. Sandra Wilson termination letter accuses Alexander of "unprofessional conduct on several occasions" including undermining city council and the city manager... creating an uncomfortable work environment." So, there is now criticism of 2 city council members who are possibly leaning to terminate and replace Sandra Wilson.

But, the same hypocritical reasoning applies as to the school board issue with Mr. Browning.

In other words, the people now speaking out in support of Sandra Wilson are only doing so because city council member Kristen Dreyer beat Lori Martin Gregory by almost 400 votes in the city council race. Otherwise, they wouldn't be saying shit.

Also, in my eyes she beat her twice. Once in the regular city council election in September, 2021 and in the run off in November, 2021. Ms. Dreyer kept the same nearly 400 vote lead in both races and beat Ms. Gregory by a resounding margin.

I personally feel that City Manager Sandra Wilson should be terminated and replaced as her ability to lead has erroded.
