Its January of 2015, and Kanenhariyo has just come back from one of his first court dates to deal with some charges stemming from him bringing a trailer of tobacco products from Tyendinaga to Six Nations. He's facing two years in jail and a $600,000 fine from the Canadian Government. It's all a little depressing, and so, Tom and Kanenhariyo turn on the recorder and decide to start making an audio version of What's Going On.
