Vlad Mirochnik is a Rochester, New York based entrepreneur, real estate investor, developer, property manager, and commercial real estate advisor who’s been building businesses since his teens.

Today, he’s a co-founder and partner in multiple companies, with a growing real estate portfolio spanning multifamily housing, commercial office, mixed-use development, and Main Street revitalization in Rochester, Macedon and East Rochester NY.

Aaron Newman is an entrepreneur, explorer, and veteran who brings together business acumen, technological innovation, and a passion for discovery. 

His adventures have taken him all around the world and beyond. He was the 717th person to pass the Karman Line into space, the 24th person to descend to Challenger Deep, has visited the stern of the Titanic, and has attempted to summit Mount Everest twice. Additionally, in his pursuit of furthering ocean exploration, Aaron has led underwater archaeological expeditions across four continents.
