In this episode, we step into one of the least understood, and most misrepresented, territories of inner work: the shadow. Not as a concept to intellectualise, but as something deeply human. The parts of us that were exiled not because they were wrong, but because at some point, they weren't safe to be.

We look at how the shadow forms long before we have the language to name it. How it isn't only made of what we're ashamed of, but also of what we were never allowed to fully be. And how it moves through us not in moments of weakness, but in the reactions that confuse even ourselves.

The shadow speaks through disproportionate reactions, through what irritates us most in others, through the places we go numb, and through the patterns that keep returning regardless of how much we understand them.

This episode asks you to begin looking… at what was exiled, why it was exiled, and what it might mean to stop running from it. Because you cannot exile your way to wholeness. This is where we begin the process of integration.
