Tom Schwab has real-life experience with blending families.  He and his wife, Karen married and attempted to blend families consisting of two teenagers and two elementary school age children.

Needless to say, this was not an easy task and they said it felt impossible at times.  It took years, but with strong faith and lots of prayers, things started to come together.  Tom and Karen had a clear vision of the kind of marriage and family they wanted and would not give up!  

Tom says he still doesn't have all the answers but if his experience can help even one Dad through a challenging time, he would be thrilled.
