Real Talk

Dish Pit Baptism is a podcast by, for, and about people in the service industry. Founded by Randy Tomblin, a 15-year hospitality veteran, the podcast aims to bring humanity to the profession and reveal to listeners the personal side of working in the restaurant industry. From the dish pit to front of house, restaurants are filled with stories; Dish Pit Baptism exists to give voice to the people behind those stories.
