I hate needing to rely on other people to turn around and be let down by them. I hate the guilt I feel when I do get brave enough to ask for help.  I hate feeling the need to justify why I need help during my days, when other moms send their kids to daycare, and no one bats an eye.

Motherhood is a constant juggling act and if one piece falls, it can all come crashing down. I get frustrated, angry, and disappointed sometimes and that’s okay. It’s okay to feel those things. But we can’t get stuck there. Feelings and emotions are not a solution to the problem.  So, in this episode I talk about it. I share my vulnerability as a mother with little to no help or support. I share with you my thoughts on those situations, my feelings of disappointment and anger, and how sometimes the only thing to do is move forward with one step.
