After we Accept who we are and all the experiences that have brought us to our present moment we can begin to look at our journey from a new perspective. We can speak our truths and become honest and authentic with ourselves. 

 I mean lets be Real, the only person we ever lied to was ourselves and it was because we practiced this thought process and behaviour that we were unable to truly be our authentic selves. 

Acceptance has us understand this. Honesty and Authenticity will lead us back home to Self Love

 The first step when we are ready to make changes to connect with our Higher Self is Accepting who we are in the Present Moment and how we arrived here. In this Episode I will start from the beginning of my journey and show you how I worked through each step to arrive at a place of Peace.

When something ends, something begins. This marks the beginning of a long awaited journey for me after I have overcome a 23 year drug addiction, homelessness and the stigma of being an individual who has faced many adversity’s. 

 I want to introduce myself, a little about my story and what you can expect from this podcast as this is going to be one hell of a ride.
