We're back from our winter break with an all new episode! We had the privilege of sitting down with Rev. Winston Bosch to discuss a sermon series he preached a couple of years ago. The series is based on the 30th article of the Belgic Confession which covers the reasons for male-only leadership in our churches. We chat about the history and the Biblical view of stereotypes, leadership in the early church, deaconesses, the critiques of culture and how we should view the church as a family (plus much more). As we are people who must always go back to Scripture, we hope this episode helps you think through this important topic.

In this episode, we have the pleasure of sitting down with Rev. Clarence Bouwman, who is the recent retired pastor of Smithville Canadian Reformed Church. We chat about The Church - although what seems like a broad topic, we were able to discuss certain aspects such as terminology, the necessity of gathering, observing the work of Christ in the Church as well as difficult issues including excommunication and withdrawal. We hope this episode will give you a bit more insight into such a vast but important topic. Check it out and let us know what you think.
