This episode is a heavy topic, I’m tapping in the root of many of our fears as people of color, especially in the black community in America. Slavery had always been an ugly truth about America’s formation, the success of America had been due largely to the enslavement of African people through out the United States, not just the transatlantic routes as taught in school. The psychological abuse that our ancestors endured passed on a deeply rooted fear for many things including a fear of failure, fear of success, and fear of rejection. These fears stop people from stepping outside their comfort zone, outside the box, and outside their perceived limitations. As we take back our power, we are breaking the mental chains that have placed upon us!
