When you write down what you promise to do, you have in effect signed a contract. Now the President Trump has garnered the help of 13% of Black American males with his New Deal for Black Americans will he lead the great migration of Black Americans back to the Republican party? Or at least away from the Democrat party. 

If Trump is only successful with 50% of his plan will that be enough to lay waste to the Democrat party's stranglehold on Black America? The DNC is in great turmoil in picking a new leader and they have 13% of Black males and Trump to thank.
