While engaging in a facebook conversation it was posted that the Republican party need to go through some sort of "sensitivty training" to "operate inside a racially diverse enviornment."

When did Black people become so sensitive that white people need training to interact with us effectively? 

Are we not the same people that survived thousands of years of slavery, while inventing science, mathematics, and pilosophy? Why suddenly after 50 years of liberal rule of our comminuties in America we are so sensitive white people actually need "training" to keep from offending us? Why? Is it because Black people are not smart enough to understand American English? Or is it that we have been intentenally displace from American culture to the point that we are incapable of understanding the nuauce of American intercouse and conversation? 

Or is it that Main Stream Media ha put the picture in the phyche of Black America of a White Republican boogie man and they ( white folks) need to be taught that this is how Black people think of them?
