John and Jonathan will walk you through the statistics of this year versus how they compare to 2019.

The real estate market in New York City remains very robust, and very active – a lot of buyers are returning to the city and purchasing homes. There is a lot of turnover in the market, and with over 7,000 contracts signed in May of 2021, we are only 10% below the entire year’s data of 2020.
