In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to Emily Murphy, who is a Hormone Balance Expert (Weight Loss Expert & Mindset Coach) with My Health Matrix – For Living Well Longer and Health & Fitness Coach with Emily Murphy Coaching.  Her individualized program (Total Body Reset) focuses on hormone balance, energy levels, toning and strength, better sleep, better energy, and simple and convenient meal planning.  She is also the host of the podcast “Health, Hormones, And Done With Dieting”, which helps women understand what is going on in their body, their minds and hormones to feel better and lose weight for good, giving up crash diets forever.    

In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to A.J. Garcia, who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, and holds a certificate in Play Therapy.  She earned her degree from  the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.  She began Thrive Counseling in 2012 with the goal of creating a space for clients of all ages and walks of life to find opportunity for positive growth in their lives.  Integrity and professionalism are a the top of A.J.'s core values, and they serve as the foundation of her work with clients.  A.J. primarily specializes in helping clients work on their relationships.  Whether you are seeking to improve your relationship with yourself, your family, a spouse, or others, A.J. will meet you where you are and help you grow.  Sessions may include counseling on communication, building healthy relationships, and setting appropriate boundaries.  

In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to Victoria Dume, who is a Gratitude Life Coach and founder/owner of Fueled By Gratitude, whose mission is to help women discover a life in which they are not just surviving but also thriving.  She is also a published author (Reveal, Love, Manifest), course developer, and motivational speaker.  Her belief is that a thriving life begins with gratitude.  If you cannot be grateful for what you have now, then you cannot be open to receive more.  

In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to Diana Howerton, who is an Instructional Designer at AdventHealth's Corporate Training Center (AdventHealth is a Seventh-day Adventist non-profit health care system headquartered in Altamonte Springs, FL.).  She previously served as a Learning Developer and Corporate Trainer at Plansource Benefits Administration.  She also served in the Michigan Army National Guard from 2015-2019.  She has a Bachelor's of Science in Geography from Western Michigan University where she received an innovation award from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for her work on environmental protection as an Intern.  She is a passionate learner, teacher, and artist.  Outside her day-to-day responsibilities as an Instructional Designer, she exercises her passion for teaching in other areas of interest.  She enjoys writing plays, doing comedy skits, writing fiction and non-fiction, and hopes to help others by sharing her story with the world.  

In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to Sarah Pippin, who is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with her own private practice here in Lake Nona (Orlando, FL.), Sarah Pippin Counseling, which provides therapy for the “worried, unsatisfied, or just plain stuck.”  Her specialties are in the areas of anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.  Before opening up her own private practice, she worked in the non-profit sector assisting college students, providing peer mentoring, and coaching services.  She obtained her BS in Psychology at Virginia Tech and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University.        

In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to Ivan Gonzalez, who is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) currently working with the Holistic Counseling Group in Orlando, Florida.  He is also the Lead Pastor at Broadway United Methodist Church here in Orlando, Florida.  He is a mental health clinician and faith leader who strives to create holistic healing environments for the community through talk therapy and presence.  His experience delves in substance abuse, relationship/couples counseling, second/third generation Latinxs, and spirituality/existential concerns.
