Hello everyone, I did a wonderful and spectacular interview with Pastor LaTracey about the stigmas of mental health/illness in her personal life. Such a healthy needed conversation.

We've all experienced grief and trauma in our lives. It's not what happens to us it's how we process and responds to it. God can heal us from any pain we've experienced regardless of how much it hurts.

Another great episode where I interview a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor and we discuss productive ways to deal with anxiety. 

Our second episode on this particular topic of overcoming failure. It is a process and if we embrace the process God will get the glory out of our lives. We will become better, stronger and more effective.

Dr. Dianna and I discuss what failure is and how to practically overcome failures in our lives. Failure is a mindset while failing is a moment.

Had a wonderful interview with a Psychiatric Nurse, Elisa. She and I talked about some stigmas within the church and the community. We also spoke on some solutions and how my book drastically impacted her life as well. Don't just pray, but seek professional help; Christian counseling, Christian Psychologist, therapy, support groups and etc.
