I really hate working out. Nothing makes me want to do it. Yet, I still do. Why? It's time for some Real Talk.

Most of us text and spend more time talking through social media than we actually talk with other people. Let's take a closer look at how you text to make sure that your text messages aren't killing you.

It's been a week since the helicopter crashed that took the lives of 9 people including Kobe Bryant. I'm not going to get into that situation but rather looking into what we should realize now more than ever. Continue to pray for all the families and people who are connected to and mourning the loss of their loved ones.

When you meet someone that changes your life you remember how you met and do everything you can to honor their presence in your life...or at least you should. I've done this piece one time live and haven't done it since so I'm letting you all hear it.

It seems so hard to find time to pray and read the Bible throughout our days, but there are many reasons why we should always be willing to learn of Him more and more no matter what it takes. This is a pretty good one.

In the Bible, the people were given a choice of who to set free from being crucified....Jesus or Barabbas; the crowd chose Barabbas.(Matthew 27:15-22) I discovered that I too had the very same choice to make.
