In this episode I talk about some benefits of practicing gratitude daily the best way I know how. So much to say and its a skill to find the right words! Feel free to add any points that I've not mentioned or explained!

Ever feel like you need to act in the moment; when your energy levels and enthusiasm are at their peak but then  you don't act because you're planning the " Perfect execution" of this new thing. Ive learnt that this is another type of procrastination, planning needs an end point right?

Yes, there is such a thing as  over-planning and it can lead to a complete halt.

On the other hand, I also believe that everything happens for a reason and when its time for something to fall into place, then it will. Thats it's  own divine timing.
