Tonya is heavily considering eating her own placenta after giving birth. Should she do it? Is it safe? Trisha is a Douala and she's been encapsulating women's placentas for over 10 years . We also chat with Carleen, someone who's gone through the process of ingesting her placenta. 

Dorothy is back from maternity leave! What is a doula? Even though women have been in the role of a doula since the 60's, many people are not totally sure of what the role of a doula is during labor and delivery. Dorothy and Tonya chat with birth and postpartum doula Brighid Quinn to get all the doula 101 and Tonya shares why there is some hesitation on her end for hiring a doula. 

Tonya is 21 weeks now and finally found out if her and her husband JJ are having a little boy or girl! Tonya also visits Dorothy at home and catches up with her so we can hear how she's doing!
