Don't let it feel awkward. If you extract the right data during the conversation, the follow-up will feel comfortable and intimate.

Most people are afraid to ask for the sale. This fear creeps in before the moment comes. WHY?! Most people don’t have a rebuttal to objections. Repeatedly, you often hear the same objections and you need to know what to do.

When you are speaking with a client you have the ability to find out everything you need to know. Use the information to get them say yes to your offer.

Closing the sales is the most failed portion of the sales conversation but building a rapport is the most important part that is left out. This is an opportunity to get the insight and ammunition you need to move the client the forward.

However, many entrepreneurs struggle in this portion and it makes asking for the money awkward. Nail this and they will be in anticipation of your offer. If you want clients to be head over heels and ready to pay you, you must slam dunk this facet of selling.

You have mindset issues If you say any of these:

No one is going to purchase from me right now because their money is set aside for Black Friday or for Christmas. No one is going to purchase from me right now because their money is set aside for a vacation. The reality is people pay for what they want when they want it bad enough. Getting paid is a must. We know this. But how many of you go about your day and don’t address the issue that you are not making money in your business. There is this strange hope that people will come and drop at your feet and beg you for your product or service.

Real entrepreneurship doesn’t work like that. You must market yourself, stay highly visible, consistently make offers and ask for the money, honey.

The best of the best struggle. Many CEO's and top performers have a story laced with self-doubt and a lack of understanding. You are not alone. Don't down yourself when things are not working.

It is a  wonderful thing to make more money and not add more work. Unfortunately, some people are charging more and doing less. The secret to getting clients to pay you more money is in the experience. 

Don't do less, but on the other hand, don't give yourself a ton of work to do.
