Join Hakeem and Nicole as they kick off a deep-dive exploration into what it takes to begin to practice and understand Ayurveda. Learning to experience Reality through your senses is essential, not only for an accurate health assessment, but to properly understand Doshas. Dosha theory is the most well-known aspect of Ayurveda and is often misunderstood and, because of that, improperly used. Ayurveda requires us to pay attention to perceivable Reality, and this podcast explores what it takes to do that.
Comparing Eastern and Western approaches, Nicole talks about the value of assessing the elemental nature of an individual, and how that understanding will create avenues for healing otherwise absent from our current healthcare systems. You’ll get to watch an endearing practice session with Hakeem’s house plant, revealing how this process is both humbling and revealing.
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or new to the subject matter, this episode is sure to inspire a deeper investigation into the nature of Reality. Enjoy!

In episode 5, “Ayurveda for Me but not for Thee” Hakeem and Nicole jump right in to the hot topic of how the rich and powerful use Ayurveda for there own health care and yet are propagandists for big Pharma. Prince Charles, Opra Winfrey, Bill Gates to name a few are all on the guest lists of Ayurvedic spas in India. Covid 19 came with fear and restrictions around the use of natural healthcare options and Ayurveda was no exception.
Nicole discusses her courageous act of keeping her practice open during the pandemic, how she addressed the fear and sicknesses she saw and is still seeing in the aftermath of the injections. De-bunking more fear paradigms that are employed against Ayurveda this episode delivers truth backed by direct experience.
Taking some interesting twists and turns, this episode lives up to RWA’s goal of dispelling the myths of sick care medicine including the C-word, Cancer. This Episode will empower you to live in reality and escape the fear trap that keeps you afraid and in the dark.

Ayurveda has stood the test of time. Why? Partly because it was developed over thousands of years to serve a densely populated land, but more so because of its moral underpinning.
The law of karma is a fact, not just a New Age signal.
There are consequences for watering down one’s principles - muddy waters breed hidden agendas.
Controlled opposition? Doctors who infiltrate the Natural Health space with their Western medical training contaminate it.
In what ways?
* Basing health recommendations and prescriptions for care on baseline averages is dangerous and ineffective. Full stop.
* Substances that are synthesized (synthetic i.e. NOT REAL) or isolated chemicals or that are petroleum-based, are not medicines. They are manipulators (like the psychopaths that created them).
* Taking that same “technology” to the Natural Health space is a fraud. Using lab-made concentrates as medicine is not only a repeat of the same reductionist, failed paradigm of sick-care, but brings just as much fraud and harm as the traditional (p)harma.
Natural medicines are whole, unadulterated foods, plants and minerals - full stop.
* Ancient Ayurvedic remedies are being touted by those who’ve never trained in Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is NEVER without evaluation of an individual person, because it is a fact that everyone is unique.
The idea that any substance should be used without pairing that substance to the current conditions in the body is short sighted and frankly unsophisticated.
The ancients are clear that proper assessment always precedes prescription not only to avoid harm but to produce a cure- the fundamental goal of Ayurveda.

This conversation today is about saving your life. It’s about Living in the Reality of Rockefeller-created paradigms, and “Health care” specifically. In order to save ourselves, to have healthy futures, healthy children - we must vigilantly examine ALL the logical fallacies, delusional fantasies, and contradictory narratives.
I want to represent that there is a way to Heal, to thrive, and to exit from this corruption, but it requires Truth-telling - not at the level of world politics or even local politics, but at the level of your own adoption of false beliefs.
This can be painful and disorienting, but it MUST be done if we are to dismantle this nonsense. If you’re really doing this work, it will have impacts on your life. This may be the job you have, where you live, how you eat, and so on. Real change is required.

Join Nicole and Hakeem as they continue to unpack the intrinsic structures, the Cosmology, of Ayurveda.
Self-care as health care, collaborative vs. authoritarian systems, how our power lies in our diet and lifestyle choices, and why taking personal responsibility is foundational.
Keeping it real, they ask the pointed questions: Is it healing that you want, or do you prefer being stuck in an endless loop of symptom-managing? What does it mean to be human? Is there an anti-human agenda?
Learn about the practical pro-human technologies and science of Ayurveda, and why this ancient, comprehensive system, developed independently of Rockefeller paradigms, is the way of the future.

This important “orientation” will help to demystify Ayurveda, a complex science, making it more accessible and relevant. Highlighting important differences between allopathic medicine and Ayurvedic health care, such as the understanding that “you know yourself best”, and the inescapable reality of the law of Karma, this episode lays the foundation for a continuing conversation on Ayurveda as a Reality-based medicine.
