Stop feeling guilty about being selfish with yourself. When you know you've been good to people, going out of your way etc. stop allowing them to use you up!

Spiritual war vs true mental illness. Anyone that truly is going through always seek help. Sometimes though us chosen ones are dealing with other people's mental demons.

Sometimes you have to stop complaining, making excyand self-reflect. We can't keep making the same choices & calling them mistakes then expecting a different result. The truth hurts but it's the start to healing!
