In this episode, I am joined by Conn Bertish - a world renowned creative thinker who spent the past decade helping people all around the world cope and navigate through their journey with cancer. Through an in-depth conversation around taking an active role in our own healing journey, we explore the principles of psychoneuroimmunology and how Conn applied them when facing his own cancer.

As an introductory episode to the podcast, I share the journey and processes I went through to create it in the first place. I had to repeatedly explore what this podcast will be about, and why am I even starting a podcast at all.

Amidst the steps taken, I formulated a simple exercise that helped me shape the answers I was looking for. This exercise allowed me to take a step back and gain an objective point of view, breaking down my personality and life drivers into three categories:

Passions, skills and interests.

Through better understanding each one, and playing around with how they work together in unison, I discovered some helpful insights along the way.

This exercise not only helped me shape the foundation of this podcast and pave the way forward for it, but also proved helpful to others I encountered along the way.
