Never underestimate the voice of a well read ghetto girl.
Reporting Live from Grizzley Peak in Berkeley, CA
I remember meeting Camerin our freshman year and saying “yay! another black person in my department”. A year later, Camerin graduates from UC Berkeley and goes straight into the work force . The best thing about having friends with their shit together, they help you get yours straight. Camerin talks about his experiences adjusting the real world while offering insight on how to authentically network with professionals. He even opens up my eyes to the importance of expanding your horizons after college. Listen to Cam drop these knowledge bombs in tonight’s episode.
I was trying something different. I wanted to have music in the background, so if you hear screaming , that’s the Sparkle soundtrack 😂 like the OG zone , not the one with Jordin Sparks. Anyways….with all this free time on my plate, I am able to do things that make me happy. Gaining new hobbies, working on passion projects, and having multiple “TREAT YOSELF” Days in a week’s span. Aside from adjusting to the real world , I started to love myself more after college. Accepting myself who I am, and not what school made me to be. In this episode of Really Grown Shit, meet Bijan, a influencer who is going to change the way plus size is viewed in media. We will be breaking down self love, the importance of free time and influencer culture. #tashyathursdays #reallygrownshit
