This week, it’s Christmas! So we’re reviewing one of our favorite holiday films in The Muppet Christmas Carol! Joining us is our good friend of the podcast - our movie buff, Eric. And let us say…what a classic! The love is ABSOLUTELY found in this movie. We talk about the brilliance of the Muppets, whether or not it should be a yearly watch, and Michael Caine’s amazing performance among other amazing things about the film.

It FEELS like Christmas!! German and Janet are entering the draft….THE CHRISTMAS MOVIE DRAFT! They will both be selecting from a plethora of holiday classics to assemble their top-tier Christmas movie list. Who has the best one? Who chose wisely? Who chose based on nostalgia?

Also - on this week’s What’s Going On? German shares of a holiday tradition he has been following for at least 10 years. And Janet shares about trying the Tik-Tok viral chai sugar cookies, made famous by a one Taylor Swift.

This week, German and Janet are joined again by the Disney duo and park experts, Matt and Savannah, to discuss Christmastime at the Disneyland Resort! We talk about all the food and exclusive Christmas and Holiday happenings at both Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure for 2024. Is it better this year than other years? Or does it low-key disappoint? And of course - we can't forget this week’s “What’s Going On?” We talk about partying on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, a new matcha spot, the President Reagan Library, and the global food chain Boiling Crab!

"Sweet mother of Abraham Lincoln!" - This week, we're visiting a favorite of ours, Toy Story 2, the sequel to the successful Toy Story. The film was released on November 24, 1999 in the United States. And boy do we love this movie! We review the film, discuss our favorite moments, as well as what we think about it's place in the Toy Story franchise. 

And of course, we share what's going on this week - including Batman: The Animated Series, McDonald's Chicken Big Mac and getting a new Happy Meal toy from the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe line and of course, the countdown to Christmas begins!
