As parents, we know that not everything our children ask for will benefit them. Sometimes we have to say no, even when they don’t understand it, because we’re looking out for their future. In the same way, God does this with us. He knows our hearts, our wants, and our needs, but sometimes the things we desire aren’t what’s best for us. That’s why Pastor Ken wants us to know that no matter how God answers our prayers, we can always trust Him to bring what is good for our future into our lives.
