(Originally published September 9 2023) Generations of rail fans have felt the influence of Thomas the Tank Engine since 1984. Thomas is a steam engine that has taught us many things. Every steam locomotive in preservation today is still valuable for preserving our past. Imagine that their usefulness can be expanded into a limited revenue service.

This episode makes us imagine one future springtime when a Black Hill Central tank engine will play a role in one RS Event.
