  • Episode 6: Live Your Dash with Jesse Cruz

Jesse Cruz and I connect over his recently published book, "Live Your Dash". Both Jesse and I are authors and we walk through his story and the inspiration for his story, his daughter Faith. He writes about discovering the eight F's to Freedom. Listen to us walk together through the eight F's, what the mean for Jesse, and his inspiration for each one. I think you will share the emotion and passion of Jesse's story while listening, as I did.

Author Jesse A. Cruz lives in upstate New York with his wife and children. The Cruz family currently serves at Cross Creek Church. He has proudly served our country as an Iraq War Veteran of the U.S. Army. Jesse is the Program Coordinator of the Wayne County Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. In addition to his career, he has been engaged in speaking at correctional facilities and other community venues. He has a B.A. in Community Youth Development from Nazareth College. Currently, Jesse is pursuing his Master’s in Theology at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching sports, traveling, and hiking with family and friends. Jesse is available for speaking engagements and book signings. You may contact him directly at [email protected].

  • Episode 5: Connection with Kimberly
My daughter decided to paint her room for her 12th birthday. She was changing from pink to gray and who knew how I handled this situation could have an effect on her later on? Kimberly teaches me about this situation and no matter how insignificant I think it may be she helps me realize how I should handle it.
Kimberly is certified in the official Coach Training School of Anthony Robbins, Robbins-Madanes Training. She blends the strategic intervention strategies with her soul driven desire to support individuals to create their own unique pathway in life. In August 2018, she opened her coaching practice: Intentional Pathways By Design. Kimberly is on a mission to support the family unit. She does this by utilizing a host of strategies and her 25 years of professional experience to create action plans to foster growth and change. Currently, she is offering individual and group coach programs for 2020. Kimberly also hosts an online meditation group. This community meets on facebook on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 9pm CST. Our community is a safe space to explore the many benefits of meditation, grow in community, and create peace in our lives. I look forward to serving you and your families.
