Its a busy week at the RNR studios. Not only do we talk to up and coming fighter Mike Widmer, not only do we talk to Shine Fights CEO Devin Price (http://www.shinefights.com/home.htm) but we also were lucky enough to have WEC contender "Cowboy" Donald Cerrone join us for a spirited conversation that was interrupted more than once by "Cowboy's" canine companion. Be sure to hear these latest interviews by your favorite MMA Radio team.

This week Jens joins the boys and clears the air about his rumored retirement. He also talks about any and everything under the sun. Shooter unloads the sack and he and Kenny talk about their adventures in Michigan at GPP 13. Its all the news that's fit to be given and then a little more. Be sure to check it out.

The guys go over the upcoming WEC card, Shooter tells stories of his time at the latest GPP card and the guys debate, what the world would be like if "Cro-Cop" had diplomatic immunity (poor Eddie Sanchez). All this as well as Chael Sonnen's suicidal ramblings, Frank Mir's half-hearted apology and the response from Team Lesnar. Be sure to check it out!

Blake Bowman joins us for the whole broadcast as we go over all the news in Shooters sack and a great review of UFC 110. We go over the cut stoppages and lots of other fun stuff. After listening to this show be sure to go to www.groundandpoundusa.com and look up the Ellison Foundation.
