Part #2 of Our desire to live a consistent life while craving inconsistencies. By inconsistencies we are speaking to achievements, entertainment, new material items such as a new iPhone etc. But, King Solomon tells us in Eccl. Chapter 2 and 3 that it's all toil and that we experience peace when we accept that death befalls all of us-presidents to the permanent underclass and everything in-between. True joy is finding and knowing God and accepting that we all end up under the ground at the end of our mortal life. Through the inconsistencies and consistency life, joy and peace are found in the Lord. You will not find it anywhere else.

This is a very special edition of the RFT Podcast: I interviewed my mother Vita Delores Garofalo, who we call "MA" on her 82nd birthday regarding her faith in God and trust in Jesus Christ. After losing her husband (my dad) in 1970 and getting her first cancer in 1973, my mom's faith in God took on a whole new meaning. I hope that you enjoy this personal episode of the RFT podcast with my mom who should have left this earth four times over...but who trusted in God who has sustained her here on earth and for eternity.
