The busier our lives get, the less time we seem to have for ourselves. Finding alone time and even being comfortable in that space might seem like a hard thing to do. Rest, relaxation and time of focusing on one's self is just as important as all the other happenings of life. So what can we do? We can get Meditated! Just a few mins of meditation every day can do wonders for the mind and body. In this episode, I share with you my personal thoughts and experience on the practice of meditation.
