Rebecca is an Educational Psychologist; she talks about working as a teacher in a secondary school and in a Pupil Referral Unit, for pupils who have been permanently excluded from school. Rebecca realised that a large number of these pupils had additional needs, some with diagnoses and many without. Rebecca explains what an EP is and does; and how she helps families go to tribunal. She also explains what working memory is and gives examples of how to support it.
