A mum of three, successful leadership coach, corporate trainer and now CEO and founder of Tricres, Rebecca has never stood still.

Her energy is infectious.  Her sense of humour comes straight from the heart of Manchester (a rather opinionated city in the NW of England for those outside the UK) so there’s an edge to it.

She talks about building kick a** cultures in business and she’s created an online programme which trains other business coaches and consultants in the Tricres methodology.  She’s been trained by Dr Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP and has been personally endorsed by him.  Her style is direct, to the point and is delivered in a relaxed, accessible way.

Her favourite topics to talk about are culture, leadership, change, resilience, business and of course NLP.
