Who do you imagine when you think of a Southern woman who's a mom of seven and a pastor's wife? I'm pretty sure it's not Katie Walters. Katie defied her rebellious roots to find her faith and build and nourish a family of seven. And yet, Katie did not stop there. She completed her master's degree with three young children and eventually traveled to Togo, Africa where she found the inspiration to start the company Francis + Benedict.
