Everything going on in the world seems a bit crazy and chaotic at the moment. This is just me trying to talk my way through what's going on in my heart, mind, body & soul. And to share that if you're having similar feelings of constant ups and downs, in the world, and out of the world....you're definitely NOT ALONE! Awakening to the truth of who we are leads to questioning every single thing we've learned, which ultimately causes all kinds of changes and feelings that can be tough to navigate. I hope that just hearing my plight, will soften your heart knowing you're not alone.
