What if the chapters of your life you wish you could erase… weren’t wasted?
The mistakes. The shame. The addiction. The weight gain. The relationships. The years you lost yourself. The times you started over and wondered if you had another restart left in you.
In this deeply personal episode of REBUILD, I’m reflecting on the chapters of my own life I never would have chosen — and how some of the very experiences I once thought disqualified me may actually be part of what prepared me to help another woman.
Because somewhere out there is a woman who thinks she’s gone too far.
Maybe her life looks perfectly fine from the outside while she’s quietly falling apart inside.
Maybe she’s drinking more than anyone knows.
Maybe she doesn’t recognize herself anymore.
Maybe she’s simply exhausted from starting over.
If that woman is you, I want you to hear this:
Your life is not over.
Your story isn’t finished.
And you are not too far gone. ❤️
Your rebuild doesn’t have to begin with changing everything.
Sometimes it begins with one decision:
“I don’t want to live like this anymore.”
And maybe someday, the chapter you’re ashamed of today will become part of someone else’s hope.
🎧 If this episode makes you think of another woman who needs to hear it, please share it with her.
And if I was talking to you today, come find me on social media and send me one word:
REBUILD.
I’ll know what you mean. 💛
One promise. One choice. One day at a time.
It’s never too late to rebuild.
