Things We Wish We Knew When We Started Running

In this weeks episode we will be focusing on how to transition from winter to summer training.  A lot of people will be finishing spring races and moving into their next training block with the summer challenges coming up ahead. How To Get Faster This Summer - Transitioning from Winter to Summer Training
