There's loads of technical detail in there, especially all the goodness shared from Kieran Wright, as well as thoughts from the session on Social Media and cookie impact there and then how platforms like Shopline and Intuit Mailchimp are recommending retailers leverage their data.

The last third(ish) of this episode focuses on the Klevu and SQLI webinar and - as you'll hear - I properly loved it. The panel were amazing and there were a whole host of awesome takeaways.
